These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aura Booths website and services. By booking with Aura Booths or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Aura Booths provides photo booth hire services across Perth and surrounding areas. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.
2.1 A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your booking and lock in the date agreed upon. If the deposit is not received, then the booking is not confirmed.
2.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event. If full payment was not received in time, then the service will be cancelled and the client will forfeit the deposit.
2.3 If you wish to extend the hire period beyond the agreed time in your booking, additional hours will be charged at $100 per hour or part thereof.
3.1. Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit. The deposit will be held as a credit and may be applied to a future booking.
3.2 Requesting the booking date 7 days or more prior to the event is acceptable and we will try our best to accommodate your new date. Date subject to availability.
3.3 Cancellation or changes made within 6 days prior to the event will forfeit the full amount paid.
3.4 Aura Booths can cancel the booking at anytime. If we decided to cancel then a full refund will be issued to the client.
4.1 We will arrive approximately 60minutes before the hire period to set up.
4.2 The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for Aura Booths to set up and operate its equipment.
4.3 The client must ensure the following requirements are met:
A minimum space of 2.5m x 2.5m is available for setup and operation.
Access to a standard 240V power outlet within 15 metres of the booth location.
For outdoor events, a sheltered or undercover area must be provided to protect the equipment from weather conditions.
4.4 If a site visit is required prior to the event for location assessment, an additional fee of $50 may apply.
4.5 The client is responsible for any additional charges imposed by the venue, including but not limited to electricity usage and parking fees.
5.1 To protect our equipment, Aura Booths reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behaviour poses a risk of damage.
5.2 If there is a threat—or perceived threat—of harm, damage, or violence toward Aura Booths staff or equipment, we reserve the right to immediately suspend services. If the situation is resolved within a reasonable timeframe, services may resume at our discretion. If not, services will be terminated for the remainder of the event, and no refund will be issued.
5.3 The client is responsible for any damage to Aura Booths equipment caused by themselves, their guests, or any other individuals at the event. The cost of repair, excess, or replacement will be charged to the client.
6.1 Aura Booths will not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, fire, accidents, civil unrest, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to either fulfil the service or arrange a suitable replacement. If neither is possible, a full refund of all payments made to Aura Booths for the booking will be issued.
6.2 The client agrees that, under all circumstances, Aura Booths’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. Aura Booths will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event or service.
7.1 For events lasting 4 hours or more, attendants are to be provided with a meal of the same standard as those provided to the guests.
8.1 Aura Booths may request permission to use images taken during the event for promotional purposes, including on social media and our website. If permission is granted, we will be authorised to use these images.
8.2 The client takes responsibility for any photos shared on social media by guests during or after the event.
